      衰减是影响X波段雷达数据质量的主要因素之一,直接影响到X波段雷达在强对流监测预警中的应用效果。本工作在分析国内外雷达衰减订正方法的基础上,选择并改进了一种利用雷达网中不同雷达之间相互订正的方法,该方法通过不断迭代运算,使订正误差达到最小,形成了适合于网络化X波段雷达的反射率因子衰减订正方法。订正结果与原始雷达数据以及差分相位 订正法结果进行对比,并且还同时与北京S波段雷达观测数据进行对比。结果表明:经过衰减订正后,X波段雷达在穿透强降水后的回波以及在雷达探测距离较远的回波的衰减订正效果比较明显,订正后的回波与S波段雷达观测结果比较吻合。

      Attenuation is one of the main factors that affect the data quality of the X-band radar, which directly affects the application effectiveness of the X-band radar in the severe convection monitoring and early warning. Based on the analysis of different radar attenuation correction methods at home and abroad, this paper improved one of the radar attenuation correction methods that utilizes the mutual correction among different radars in the radar network, and then established a reflectivity factor attenuation correction method that is suitable for networked X-band radar. With the new method, the correction error was minimized through continuous iterative computation. The correction results were compared with the original radar data, the results using the differential phase correction method, as well as the observation from the Beijing S-band radar. It indicated that the attenuation correction is more effective for the X-band radar echo that penetrating through heavy rainfall or at long detection distance, and the corrected echo is consistent with the S-band radar observation.
