      The complex empirical orthogonal function analysis has been applied to study the oscillation of the subtropical high over the Western Pacif is in the summer.Results show that the variations of the subropical high over the NW Pacific have 15-20d and 10d oscillations during the summer.The propagation of these oscillations is from east to west over the NW Pacific with the speeds of 5-7 long./d.
