      In this paper.a generalized vorticity equation is derived to obtain the conservative law on generalized potential vorticity which relaxes the limitation of initial theorem proposed by Ertel.The conservative laws on enstrophy and helicity and the physical meanings of these laws are also discussed.These conservative laws are useful for describing important dynamic properties of atmosphere motion.
