TO TEST THE EFFECT OF CLOUD-SEEDING AT FUJIAN GUTIAN RIVER BY AVERAGE PARAMETER OF RADAR ECHO

      本文提出一种计算空间和时间平均雷达等效反射因子Ž.的方法.用Ž.分析福建古田1982--1984年75次随机增雨试验效果,催化37次平均相对增量20.34%,绝对增量26.50mm⁶/m³.且与降水效果比较,印证了Ž.的有效性.Ž.增大表明催化使云中较大水滴数浓度加大.

英文摘要:

      In this paper a method of computing spatial and temporal average radar's equivalant reflection factors Ž, is suggested. The effect of 75 randomized precipitation enhancing exp0riments (1982-1984) in Fujian Gutian River Basin with the method is analysed. The result of 37 seeding experiments indicafes that the average relative increment is 20.34% and absolute increment is 26.5(mm⁶/m³).The effectiveness of Ž_e has been confirmed as compared with the regression analysis of precipitation. An increase in Ž_e indicates that the bigger drop's number density in cloud may be increased by seeding.
